Back Secretary – Doctors’ Clinics

Key Responsibilities:

♦ Performs reception and secretarial tasks.

♦ Prepares and updates patient files.

♦ Handles payments and receipts.

♦ Assists physicians with forms, minor procedures, and data/statistics.

♦ Receives and delivers correspondence.

♦ Maintains a clean, safe clinic and reception area.

 

Job Requirements:

♦ Secondary education or BT in Secretarial Studies.

♦ Pleasant, customer-oriented, and presentable.

♦ Computer literate.

♦ Arabic & English proficiency; French is a plus.
